What kind of dumbass therapist who thinks someone has a harmful addiction tells them to immediately go cold turkey? Even if you wanted to quit, that is just the worst way to do it. I do hope the experience made you worse though, it always feels good to get worse. I wish I wasn’t still fighting societies indoctrination.
