9 World-Class BDSM Blogs That Will Leave a Mark

BDSM – there are plenty of resources for it on the internet, and even a cursory search will have you tripping over websites and porn tube sites claiming to offer the very best in BDSM content.

However, a lot of this “content” is only tangentially BDSM-related, and it can be really tough to find quality resources that are truly grounded in the BDSM scene.

This is particularly true for those of us who’ve been into the scene for a long time, as more and more content stands out as inauthentic or lacking something.

This is why it’s important to find high-quality BDSM resources that you know and trust. One of the best places for such resources is, of course, blogs.

”As one of the oldest and best BDSM blogs around, if there isn’t an article about it on BDSM Café, then chances are it’s not worth knowing about.”

A good BDSM blog not only titillates and informs, but it acts as a gateway into a wider world – and this is as true for the BDSM world as it is for everything else.

And while Whoreuro is a world-class BDSM blog in itself, covering everything from notorious BDSM hotels to leading fetish tests that see how dominant you really are, I like to share the love with my fellow kinky bloggers and shine some light on them!

Over the course of the article, I will make it my mission to make sure that you have access to such blogs.

And not just any BDSM blogs – the absolute crème de la crème, the very best BDSM blogs currently out there in the year of our lord 2024.

So join me, my darlings, as we begin the countdown.

Deviance And Desire

Deviance and Desire is a Singaporean BDSM website run by a Dom calling himself Master Marc and his “two beautiful boys”, one of whom – Boydenon – writes the bulk of the site’s content along with Master Marc.

Deviance and Desire is, simply put, an excellent resource for anyone serious about BDSM. The blog dubs itself as a “Kink 201” site – that is to say, it focuses less on introductions to BDSM (though it does also do those) and more on developing those ideas.

This largely involves blogging about aspects of the BDSM lifestyle that haven’t been as closely scrutinized or inviting its reader to consider things from another angle.

The blog is also heavily concerned with the intersection between mental health issues and BDSM, and many of its blog posts examine the relationship between the two.

Kinklovers.com is a Wonderfully Kinky Blog

Kink Lovers Magazine goes all the way back to 2012 and was founded by a woman named Lola Page as a place for kinksters to openly discuss hitherto taboo issues without fear of judgment or recrimination.

Two Femdom girls pose for pictures at a Porn convention.

The website bills itself as “somewhere between Wikipedia and porn” when it comes to information on BDSM and seeks to bridge that perceived gap between clinical and dispassionate articles and outright explicit content.

The result is a fantastic resource for anyone interested in BDSM. New articles are published on an almost weekly basis, on everything from great sex positions for everyone on the BDSM spectrum to a comprehensive breakdown of more esoteric topics like BDSM terminology and practices.

One of Kinklovers.com’s biggest draws is its regularly updated ‘Kinky Confessions’ column. Here, readers of the blog send in their own confessions, which may be fantasies they have that they daren’t confess to their nearest and dearest, or they may be anecdotes about sexual experiences they’ve had.

Whatever the nature of these write-in blog posts, they’re sure to leave readers with a greater insight into the desires of many in the community.

BDSM Café

As one of the oldest and best BDSM blogs around, if there isn’t an article about it on BDSM Café, then chances are it’s not worth knowing about.

The bloggers over at BDSM Café know their shit. They’ve been at this game a long time and, as a result, have built up one of the internet’s most comprehensive repositories of BDSM-related articles.

From spotting faux Dom(me)s (an increasing problem within BDSM communities, particularly online) to getting back into the scene after recovering from cancer, there really is an article for it all.

Of particular interest are their safety articles, which deep-dive into what makes BDSM different from, say, an abusive relationship, how to spot the differences between the two, and how to ensure that you are completely safe whenever you’re engaged in BDSM practices.

It cannot be overstated – BDSM Café is simply one of the best blogs dealing with this subject matter that you’ll find. If you only visit one blog on this list, then make sure it’s this one. (But also visit the others.)

BDSM Training Academy is a Great Little Bondage Blog

BDSM Training Academy is similar to BDSM Café in that it offers a heady blend of how-to articles (for example, Establishing BDSM protocols) and short fiction to titillate even the most seasoned BDSM veterans.

BDSM Dungeon swingers hotel in blackpool

Their guides to the various aspects of BDSM are, put simply, fantastic. They break things down simply and clearly, ensuring that the reader fully understands how to handle various situations and how to be the best dom(me)/sub that they can be.

As with the previous BDSM blog, they also do a great job of ensuring that their readers know how to handle safety within the BDSM community, particularly online (which, as I’ve already mentioned, can attract a fair number of creeps).

The site also has confessional-style articles where BDSM enthusiasts offer up ‘slice-of-life’ exposés on their own lives in the scene.

One standout article is written by a live-in submissive who lives a full-time life collared and chained up in his mistress’ house. It’s not a life for everyone, but it’s fascinating reading nonetheless!

Secret Vixen is a Dominant Wife Blog & an Aspiring Hotwife’s Dream

Getting fucked by dominant ”Bulls” at the click of your fingers and having your loving but submissive husband lick up the sordid aftermath sounds like a girl’s dream come true, right?

A Dominant Guide to the Hotwife Anklet & Charm Bracelet

Well, for the countless women in Hotwife and cuckold relationships, it’s just an average day of the week. Still, the world of Hotwifing isn’t something to be jumped into carelessly.

You’re best being guided by the steady hand of a proud slut wife who has done it all and got the QoS tattoo. This is where Hotwife blogs like SecretVixen come in handy.

The Secret Vixen is a proud Hotwife who has been clit-deep in the lifestyle since 2018 alongside her loyal cuckold husband, whom she refers to as the ”Secret Stag.”

It’s a simple BDSM blog that covers her journey through the lifestyle, dropping tips and information along the way, and many aspiring Hotwife and cuck couples attest to how fantastically well-written it all is.

While the Secret Vixen naturally chooses to remain anonymous, as I do, she has a wonderful gallery of images on her site that show off her fuckable body in all of its glory. This is the kind of Hotwife whose heels you’d gladly lick another man’s cum off.

Submissive Guide

Some BDSM blogs choose to further specialize, and Submissive Guide is one such blog – no prizes for guessing what it is they specialize in.

BDSM Dungeon near me

That’s right – Submissive Guide is all about helping subs up their, uh, sub game as best they can.

Their articles tend towards topics like how to better please your dom, how to permanently move in with your Dom/Domme, how to avoid having ‘deal breakers’ that would prevent a Dom/Domme from approaching you, and many more.

The site also offers a number of full e-books that go into great detail about living the life of a sub.

They’re extremely comprehensive, and while you’ll need to buy them, they tend to be pretty sold purchases that’ll put you on the right path to being the best sub you could possibly be.

Kinky World

This BDSM blog started off as a simple toy review site, but site owner Mistress Kay soon realized that people wanted to get her opinions on a whole lot more than mere sex toys, and she branched out into more general BDSM blog posts offering advice on everything from cuckolding for beginners to engaging in safe BDSM with a stranger.

BDSM club in the UK

Mistress Kay pulls no punches, and her blog posts are frank, eloquent, and illuminating. They’re exactly what you need as a beginner to the BDSM scene, and even long-time vets will find plenty of nuggets of wisdom on Kinky World.

One such (very exhaustive) series that scratches this itch is Mistress Kay’s BDSM Scenes Step-By-Step, wherein she comprehensively lays out various “scenes” that subs and doms can enjoy together.

These scene guides are basically cheat sheets that enthusiasts can use to spice things up, and Mistress Kay includes complete instructions for how all parties should behave, what should be prepared ahead of time for everyone’s enjoyment, and even potential lines that both Dom(mes) and subs can use.

Hellucifer.com

Hellucifer.com is one of the newer kids on the block when it comes to BDSM blogging, but they’ve rapidly carved out a niche for themselves with excellent content and a rapidly growing archive of articles offering tips, tricks, and advice about the scene.

Hellucifer ponders some lesser-explored aspects of BDSM life, including such things as aftercare, how to deal with “sub drops” (when a sub becomes listless or detached after a BDSM session), guides to being a sub/dom(me), and how to figure out whether you’re a masochist or a sadist (or, perchance, both).

As mentioned, it’s a slightly newer site, and it’s therefore lacking in content compared to some of the better-established sites on this list.

Nevertheless, it’s clear that the site’s bloggers know their stuff, and they’re working hard to put out as many articles as possible.

In a couple of years’ time, it’s eminently possible that we’ll see a back-catalog of BDSM articles that rivals the likes of BDSM Café and BDSM Training Academy. Rome wasn’t built in a day, after all.

Can You Think of More BDSM Blogs for this List?

While I haven’t quite covered every single BDSM blog out there (that would take a prohibitively long amount of time), I hope that I’ve pointed you in the direction of some of the very best.

Between the 9 BDSM blogs listed above, chances are that you’ll have a lot of questions about the scene answered – and quite often in extremely exhaustive detail.

And whether or not you’re a Dom, a sub, or a switch, you’ll have plenty to occupy you and a lot of food for thought.

Are there any BDSM blogs that you’d like to see have their time in the sun? Have I missed any of the big names?

I very much doubt it, but if you’d like to contest that, feel free to drop a comment below and disabuse me of my preconceptions.
