The organizer mostly earned a profit from the entry fee paid by the male attendees who would average around 50-75 guys per event.
Every male attendee paid a fixed entrance fee, whether they were just observing (a lot of guys got off just watching from the sidelines and were nicknamed ”wallflowers”) or taking part.
At some events, the guys wore masks, the gangbang was filmed and the footage sold to local porn companies.
However, the presence of a camera had a negative effect on attendance so those shoots were few and far between. So the entrance fees were the main source of income.

Safe sex was managed by an external medical team who were hired for the event, they would require a clean bill of health from every male and female attendee before they would be allowed to get involved. For birth control, the women would use IUD’s or take contraceptive medication. I personally use an IUD. x
