Firstly, let me take you on a journey through the five scenes that captivated me the most in Supersex. Don’t worry—I won’t drop any dramatic spoilers to the storyline!
Life is Porn

So one of the most divine scenes in Supersex for me was in episode four, and it saw Rocco shake off the negativity holding him back from a Porn-fuelled lifestyle and dive headfirst into it.

As the camera pans through Al Ristorante, we see the real Rocco Siffredi briefly appear and ask the waitress for something. Yep, the Porn King has been spotted in the wild!
To pull off his homage to Rocco, Alessandro Borghi had to film 50 sex scenes over 95 days. So it’s only right that Rocco Siffredi himself came to help him out with a scene.
The Old School Red Light District Whore: A Porn Mommy Personified
In one of the later episodes of the Supersex series, Rocco and his brother Tomasso return to the sleazy alleyways of the Parisian Red Light District, which plays a huge role in their stories.
Then, they’re approached by a mature prostitute from behind who offers them everything for the measly price of 30 euros. When I saw this old-school slut, my slit gurgled with lust. Holy fuck!
She was played by the French actress Joelle Hélary, who is in her late sixties. They honestly couldn’t have cast a better woman to play the role.

Supersex is the Closest Thing to Porn on Netflix so Far, But What’s My Overall Review of the Rocco Siffredi Series?
Initially, I wasn’t sure what to expect from Supersex and was worried it would be a cheaply-made, anti-porn series that failed to do the glory of the Italian Stallion justice.
My fears were quickly vanquished. I quickly fell in love with Supersex for a vivid range of reasons, from the directing style and soundtrack to the sex scenes and the emotions within.
The actor who played Rocco Siffredi, Alessandro Borghi, was an immense on-screen force who bore a striking resemblance to the Italian Stallion, too.
After seeing Giorgio Grandi’s extreme anal studio in Prague, I’ve seen the unique talent of Italian directors in action with my own eyes, and it can really be seen in the Supersex series.
My only gripe with the show? Aside from the suspected homage to her in the toilet bowl porn scene, the directors failed to incorporate Kelly Stafford into the storyline.
Stafford was an immensely powerful porn force and a crucial part of the Rocco Siffredi story, so I was upset not to see her having a more prominent role.
But this brings me to the final point of this review. Supersex is the closest thing to porn on Netflix so far and appears to be immensely popular amongst viewers.
The reality is that countless pornstars have fascinating life stories behind them that deserve to be dramatized in a well-produced series.
Imagine a burst of Netflix series covering the dramatized stories of Sexy Susi escaping a mundane job in a Polish supermarket to becoming a powerhouse of German creampie orgies?
Or perhaps a detailed drama covering Sandra Romain’s journey from post-Communist Romania to the pinnacle of Porn that saw her own sister follow in her footsteps? It would be immense!
